I love this time of year. The leaves are falling off of the trees. The weather is changing, and if you sit still enough, you can feel the world shift. It’s like mother nature is reminding us that change is coming. I almost always reflect and ponder my life the most during autumn. It’s considered normal to do that around New Years, but I personally think there is something so symbolic about trees dying… and knowing they will come back a few months later. My goal is to be bold and brave just like the trees. I want to learn to let go of everything that is weighing me down, and to let go of things in the past that no longer assist my future. It may hurt, and I may struggle for a few months… but just like the leaves, I will grow stronger and rise more beautiful than before. So will you.
