Exactly five years ago, I was one of the very few “mental health bloggers” because it was not yet considered socially acceptable to expose your struggles. Where many other content creators walk into sponsorships and followers, I was ignored. I still see the damage stigma creates, but we are slowly making progress! ⁣

One of my favorite teachers in high school told me that I am an average writer, but when I write with my heart, I am unstoppable. I have carried that with me for many years, and I will continue writing unapologetically from my heart. 💕⁣
