I was inspired by my friend Jo (glambyjojosparkles) to test out e.l.f.’s lip plumping gloss! Many of you know that I usually reach for a matte finish, but I could never turn down the chance to try a lip plumping product. I love the big doe foot applicator because it makes applying the gloss so much easier. Plus, it helps pull a decent amount of product out of the tube. These are claimed to be infused with Vitamin E and coconut oil, and I can tell. My lips feel so refreshed and hydrated when I’m wearing it. Even when I remove the gloss, my lips are extremely moisturized and happy. It does have a very slight tingling sensation when you first apply it. The feeling goes away in a few minutes, but if that is something that bothers you, I would advise to stay away. They also have a slight, sweet, vanilla scent that quickly goes away when you apply it.
I thoroughly enjoyed all of these! They are not sticky like most lipglosses. They are easy to apply, and for $5, you can’t really go wrong. I would have to say that my favorites are Champagne Glam and Sparkling Rosé! While I prefer wearing glosses on their own, I think any of these would look beautiful over regular or matte lipstick.
