Welcome back to another Thrifty Thursday! This week I wanted to show you a long shirt/dress that I bought at JCPenney. They were having a 40% off sale on all clearance items so I was able to grab it for only $1.68! Since it has been raining nonstop in SoCal, I decided to pair it with black leggings, boots and a hat. I love this piece because I feel like it would be simple to dress up or down, and I also love what it says. It’s a reminder to be yourself, and follow your dreams.
